Late MN Progenitor Cells (pMN)

NT.pMN.LpMNPCs
The late MN (Motor Neuron) progenitor cells can form oligodendrocytes. 85% of the oligodendrocytes are derived from the pMN domain.

Shh signaling through activation of Olig2 is both necessary and sufficient for generation of spinal motor neurons and oligodendrocytes in the ventral region of the spinal cord.
