Generation of fibrocartilage-like constructs

Fibrocartilage-like constructs can be generated from human embryonic stem cells differentiated via embryoid bodies, following incubation under three different chondrogenic conditions. The formed chondrogenic-like cells are then seeded on scaffolds (either as embryoid bodies or following enzymatic dissociation) to form fibrocartilage-like constructs.
