The HUDSEN human spatial gene expression database is an open resource of gene expression patterns observed during early human development. The HUDSEN Database contains two parts, where the first presents gene expression patterns from different stages of development from CS12 to CS23, in which various anatomical regions have been defined. The second is a set of anatomical terms at various stages of development (known as an ontology). This ontology is used to define sites of gene expression. In the LifeMap database, only data from normal tissues are presented. Additionally, only genes with moderate to strong staining intensity are presented.
