Bone marrow metastasis - prostate cancer patients vs. Bone marrow - normal control

Microarray gene expression profiling of bone marrow metastasis obtained from prostate cancer patients. Total RNA was extracted from snap-frozen bone marrow metastasis biopsies (n=29) and was compared to bone marrow isolated from patient tumor-free biopsies (n=4).
This microarray experiment contains additional samples of primary prostate cancer samples; these samples were not included in the LifeMap analysis.
