Hippocampus from Schizophrenic subjects vs. Hippocampus from controls

Microarray analysis was performed on hippocampus tissues from post-mortem brains of schizophrenia patients (n=15) and of matched normal controls (n=18).

In this experiment, samples were also extracted from patients suffering from other neurological diseases, but they were not included in the LifeMap analysis.
