Cortical tubers - tuberous sclerosis complex patients vs. Cortex - normal controls

Microarray gene expression profiling of cortical tubers obtained from tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) patients. 
Cortical tubers tissue were obtained during epilepsy surgery from patients (n=4) diagnosed for TSC and compared to histologically normal perituberal tissue (adjacent to the cortical tuber) from the same patients (n=2) or autopsy control tissue (n=4).
This microarray experiment compare patients samples with autopsy control samples, normal perituberal tissues were excluded from analysis.
