Peripheral blood from Huntington's disease patients vs. Peripheral blood from healthy controls

Microarray analysis of peripheral blood from Huntington's disease patients vs. healthy controls. Samples were collected from 12 symptomatic and 5 presymptomatic Huntington's disease patients and from 14 healthy controls. Comparisons was only performed between the samples from symptomatic patients (n=12) and from the healthy controls (n=14).
