Primary neuroblatoma tumor - Neuroblatoma patients vs. Adernal gland - Normal controls

Microarray gene expression profiling of neuroblastoma tumors obtained from neuroblastoma patients. Post chemotherapy primary neuroblastoma tumor tissues (n=19) were compared with reference samples of normal adrenal gland tissues  (n=2). This experiment contain additional reference samples of normal fetal brain tissue (n=2), which were not included in this analysis.
