Double Negative 1 Thymocytes (Thm)

Double negative cells are the earliest thymocytes and express neither CD4 nor CD8, and are therefore classified as double-negative (CD4-CD8-) cells. There are 4 stages of DN thymocytes. The DN1 stage begins when the thymocytes express c-kit and CD44.
