Autologous bone marrow-derived stem cells for the treatment of osteoarthritis

The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of autologous transplantation of bone marrow -derived mesenchymal stem cells embedded in a collagen I scaffold, in patients with knee cartilage defects and osteoarthritis.
