Trinity® Evolution™, mesenchymal stem cells with osteoprogenitors for musculoskeletal defects

Trinity® Evolution™ provides osteogenic cells, osteoinductive factors, and an osteoconductive matrix with viable mesenchymal stem cells  and osteoprogenitor cells, thereby rendering it a product relevant for bone grafting. Trinity® Evolution™ is used as a substitute for autograft and/or standard allograft foot and ankle fusion and for treatment of degenerative disc disease. New bone formation can be seen at the site of implantation and the implant seems to be a clinically safe osteogenic material, with satisfactory clinical and radiographic success when used in conjunction with stable internal or external skeletal fixation, for revisional foot and ankle surgery. Trinity® Evolution™ contains a large number of osteoprogenitor cells, requires a short surgical time and involves less blood loss.
