ReN009, human neural stem cells for peripheral arterial disease

ReN009, a human neural stem cell line also called CTX0E03, was created by  genetically modifying human somatic stem cells with c-mycER(TAM), a conditional immortalizing gene. ReN009 is intended to treat patients with lower limb ischemia.
