Corneal epithelial sheet for treatment of ocular surface disease

This study aims to assess the safety and efficacy of transplantation of cultivated corneal epithelial stem cells cultured on an amniotic membrane toward restoration of vision in patients with severe ocular surface disorder and/or limbal stem cell deficiency.
