Limbal epithelial stem cells for treatment of limbal stem cell deficiency

The aim of this study is to determine whether intracorneal transplantation of allogeneic or autologous limbal epithelial stem cells, cultured on human amniotic membranes with no feeder cells, into eyes with total limbal deficiency can improve vision.
