Bone marrow-derived mononuclear stem cells for treatment of critical limb ischemia

The aim of this study is to assess whether injection of bone marrow-derived mononuclear stem cells (BM-MNCs) into limbs presenting critical ischemia can improve the condition and prevent amputation.
