Cerecellgram-Spine, bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells for treatment of chronic spinal cord injury

Cerecellgram-Spine is an autologous bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) product assessed in patients with cervical spinal cord injury (SCI). Following direct autologous MSC injection, 3 of 10 SCI patients demonstrated improved motor power in the upper extremities and in daily activities, as well as significant magnetic resonance imaging and electrophysiological changes observed during long-term follow-up.
