Bone marrow-derived CD34+ stem cells (ACT34) (Baxter)

ACT34 are bone marrow-derived CD34+ stem cells. 


Patients are treated for 5 days with granulocyte colony stimulating factor (GSCF) before bone marrow harvesting. Mononuclear cell preparations, collected by leukapheresis, are enriched for CD34+ cells using the Baxter's Isolex 300i magnetic cell selection system.
