Peripheral blood-derived hematopoietic stem cells (St. Jude Children's Research Hospital)

These hematopoietic stem cells are derived from peripheral blood, following mobilization.


The Miltenyi Biotec CliniMACS CD3 depletion system is used to derive a defined allogeneic graft highly enriched with CD34+ hematopoietic cells and deplete of CD3+ T-lymphocytes from granulocyte colony-stimulating factor-mobilized, donor-derived peripheral blood stem cells.
