Sclerotome cells (University of Alabama at Birmingham)

These cells were prepared from the sclerotome region ventral to the neural tube of the E11.5 embryo.

Isolation & Growth Conditions

Medium: F-12:DMEM (3:2) supplemented with FBS (10%), ascorbic acid (50 ug/ml), b-glycerolphosphate (10 mM), glutamine (2 mM) and antibiotics.
