Bone marrow-derived stem cells (Odense University Hospital)

An average of 150 ml of bone marrow was aspirated. Bone marrow mononuclear cells were isolated by density-gradient centrifugation, washed twice and resuspended in 5% human albumin, supplemented with 20 IU/ml heparin.
