The clonal human embryonic progenitor cell line SK11 was derived from the registered parental hES cell line H9. It expresses chondrogenic (COL1A1, VCAN, SOX9, COL6A1) and osteogenic  markers (RUNX2, ALPL, SPP1). In addition, it expresses markers of axial and  appendicular level-derived mesenchymal cells (SIX1, TWIST1, SNAI2).
