Dox::OSKM genetically modified mouse embryonic fibroblasts (Cambridge University Hospitals)

A line of mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) that were infected with doxycycline -inducible lentiviruses encoding the conventional four reprogramming factors (Oct4, Sox2, Klf4, and c-Myc). These cells are reprogrammed into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) upon treatment with doxycycline, without the need for viral infection.

Cells are cultured in Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium supplemented with FBS (10%), leukemia inhibitory factor, beta-mercaptoethanol, penicillin/streptomycin, L-glutamine and nonessential amino acids.
