All in Vitro Cells > Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell card

A6 (Corriel Institute)

This induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line was generated from human fibroblasts that were transduced, using DOX-inducible lentiviral vectors, containing three reprogramming genes: OCT4, SOX2, KLF4. Cells have a normal karyotype, 46 XX.

Cells are maintained in DMEM supplemented with FBS (15%), glutamine (1 mM), nonessential amino acids (1%) and penicillin/streptomycin.
