Induced pluripotent stem cells were derived from DR4 mouse embryonic fibroblasts by lentiviral transduction of human cDNA encoding for the human OCT3/4, SOX2, KLF4 and c-MYC reprogramming factors. Cells express pluripotency markers, can differentiate in-vitro and form teratomas in-vivo.
Mouse embryonic fibroblasts, isolated from DR-4 mice were virally transduced with human cDNA of the OCT3/4, SOX2, KLF4 and c-MYC reprogramming factors.
