GFP-BRY genetically modified stem cells (University of Toronto - Keller lab)

This ESC line includes a green fluorescent protein (GFP) targeted to the brachyury locus (GFP-Bry). This stem cell line was developed by Dr. Gordon Keller.


Maintain ES cells on irradiated embryonic feeder cells in Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) supplemented with fetal calf serum (FCS; 15%), penicillin, streptomycin, LIF (1% conditioned medium) and monothioglycerol (MTG; 0.15mM).
