Ovarian tissue-dissociated cells (Massachusetts General Hospital)

Ovarian tissue-dissociated cells are derived from mouse surgically removed ovaries.

Ovaries from mice were pooled and dissociated, by mincing, followed by a two-step enzymatic digestion involving a 15-min incubation with 800 U/ml collagenase [type IV; prepared in HBSS] and a 10-min incubation with 0.05% trypsin-EDTA.
