Differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into dopaminergic neurons by defined growth factors

This protocol enables reprogramming of mesenchymal stem cells into dopamine-releasing cells, by employing modulators of SMAD signaling, chromatin modifying enzymes, and cyclic adenosine monophosphate levels. The reprogrammed cells express typical markers of dopaminergic cells.
