HyStem chondrogenic differentiation

HyStem is a biocompatible hydrogel consisting of thiolated hyaluronan and porcine gelatin with a polyethylene glycol diacrylate (PEGDA) crosslinker. In this protocol, suspended pellet cells are encapsulated within HyStem hydrogel. The resulting aggregates are incubated in chondrogenic medium for 14-45 days to generate cartilage derivatives.
