Generation of retina-related and photoreceptor cells from mouse embryonic stem cells

This protocol describes two methods to generate retina-related cells. One method generates a mix population of retinal pigment epithelium and photoreceptor cells and the other method  is aimed to generate  an enriched photoreceptor cell population.
