Direct differentiation of human embryonic stem cells to retinal pigment epithelium cells

This protocol describes the differentiation of human embryonic stem cells to retinal pigment epithelium-like cells via the formation of spherical clusters and the use of nicotinamide. This protocol also includes a monolayer expansion step.
