Stepwise generation of pancreatic progenitor cells from stem cells using growth factors

A step-wise protocol for the differentiation of stem cells into pancreatic progenitor-like cells using growth factors and small molecules. The induced cells express typical markers of pancreatic progenitor cells and are characterized by microarray analysis.
