Schwann cell differentiation from adipose-derived stem cells

In this differentiation protocol, adipose-derived stem cells are differentiated into Schwann-like cells expressing the P75 NGF receptor, S100 and GFAP markers. In addition, when co-cultured with a motor neuron-like cell line, they induced neurite outgrowth of the latter.
