Generation of skeletal muscle cells from human embryonic stem cells by retinoic acid induction

This protocol describes a method of inducing generation of skeletal myocytes via the formation of embryoid bodies. These embryoid bodies are cultured in the presence of retinoic acid to induce differentiation.
