Large Scale Dataset: Gensat

The GENSAT project maps the expression of genes in the central nervous system of the pre- and postnatal mouse, using both in situ hybridization (ISH) and transgenic mouse techniques. It includes a collection of pictorial gene expression maps of the brain and spinal cord of the mouse. In the LifeMap database, only data from normal tissues are shown. Additionally, only genes with moderate to strong staining intensity are presented.
