Microarray analysis of renal cyst tissue from polycystic kidney disease patients

Microarray gene expression profiling of renal tissue obtained from polycystic kidney disease patients.  Renal cysts of different size from five PKD1 polycystic kidney disease patients were  compared with non-cancerous renal cortical tissue from three patients with isolated renal cell carcinoma. Tissues were isolated during nephrectomy procedure.
