Microarray analysis of liver tissue from hepatocellular carcinoma patients

Microarray analysis of 40 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) samples. Gene expression comparisons were conducted between tumor and paired non-tumor tissues of 40 HCC patients. The samples were obtained during a curative liver resection. 

The human reference RNA, which contained the total RNA samples from six different normal livers, was used as a reference for cDNA microarray analysis.
