Microarray analysis of lung tissues from systemic sclerosis, pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary hypertension patients

Microarray analysis of lung tissues from systemic sclerosis (SSc),  pulmonary fibrosis (PF) and idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH) patients compared to normal donor tissues. 

Lung tissues were obtained from 33 patients with SSc who underwent lung transplantation. PF or PAH are subgroups of SSc patients. Tissues and cells from the patients were compared to those collected from normal donors.
