Bone marrow - Metastatic neuroblastoma patients vs. Bone marrow - Healthy controls

Microarray gene expression profiling of bone marrow tissue obtained from neuroblastoma patients. Bone marrow cells were isolated as GD2 negative cell fraction by immunomagnetic beads from localised, stage 1-3 neuroblastoma patients (n=23), metastatic stage 4 neuroblastoma patients (n=9) and healthy donors (n=8).
