Frontal cortex - Rett syndrom patients vs. Frontal cortex - Normal controls

Microarray gene expression profiling of brain tissue obtained from rest syndrome (RTT) patients. 
Human brain tissue extracted from the frontal cortex (superior frontal gyrus and brain area 8/9) from RTT patients (n=3, 2–10 years of age) and compared with their respective age-matched normal controls (n=3).
