Prostate tumor - prostate cancer patients vs. Prostate - normal control

Prostate tumor tissues were obtained from prostate cancer patients (n=4) and compared to benign tissues obtained from regions adjacent to the tumor (n=4). The selection of patients was based on rectal examination and on serum PSA levels; diagnosis was confirmed by histological examination.
