Microarray analysis of skeletal muscles from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and multifocal motor neuropathy patients

Gene expression profiles of skeletal muscle specimens collected from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) patients and from multifocal motor neuropathy (MMN) patients were compared to those of normal controls.

Skeletal muscle biopsies from ALS (n=3), MMN (n=3) and normal controls (n=3) were analyzed using an Affymetrix Gene Chip Array.
