Microarray analysis of bladder tissue from chronic interstitial cystitis patients

Microarray gene expression analysis of urinary bladder tissues from interstitial cystitis (IC) patients. From each  IC patient, two bladder biopsies were analyzed, one from an ulcer area (n=5, and one from a non-ulcer area (n=5). Patients samples were analyzed and compared with normal control urinary bladder biopsies. IC patients were evaluated according to the NIDDK criteria.
