Pro B-Cells (HBM)

Pro B-Cells are lineage committed. During the pro-B-cell stage the rearrangement of the heavy-chain genes occurs. At the early pro-B-cell stage cells undergo a DJ joining, followed at the late pro-B-cell stage with the joining of a V segment to the rearranged DJ.
