Duct Progenitor Cells (DPB)

Pnc.DPB.DctPCs
Duct progenitor cells are the committed precursors of pancreatic duct cells that form duct and centroacinar cells following differentiation.

These cells are Neurog3-negative, a state which is permissive for ductal differentiation. Additionally, they express Hes1 and Sox9, indicative of ductal lineage commitment.
