Mononuclear Myocyte (EOM)

Mononuclear myocytes are mononuclear post-mitotic, non-proliferative cells that organize into primary muscle anlagen, which constitutes the primitive skeletal muscle. Their formation marks the initiation of the late stage of eye muscle differentiation.
