Mononuclear Myocytes (HAM)

Mononuclear myocytes are post-mitotic, non-proliferative, mononuclear cells that organize into primary muscle anlagen, which constitutes the primitive skeletal muscle. Their formation marks the initiation of the late stage of mandibular muscle differentiation.
