Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for Fanconi's anemia

This study examines engraftment, toxicity, graft-versus-host disease, and ultimate disease-free survival following a novel cytoreductive regimen before peripheral blood progenitor cells transplantation into patients with Fanconi's anemia from a mismatched-HLA donor.
