PDA001, Placenta-derived cells for ischemic stroke

PDA001 are placenta-derived cells,isolated from postpartum human placenta. The cells are adherent and mesenchyme-like. Following expansion, PDA001 is assessed for safety, tolerability and improvement in clinical function at 3 different dose levels versus placebo (vehicle control), intravenously administered to subjects following ischemic stroke.
