DeNovo NT®, particulated juvenile cartilage for cartilage repair

DeNovo NT (natural tissue) Graft consists of particulated natural articular cartilage that is secured inside articular cartilage lesions using a fibrin adhesive. It is comprised of scaffold-free living articular cartilage, which displays biochemical properties similar to those of articular cartilage found in young, healthy joints. The tissues are recovered from juvenile donor joints and are intended for the repair of articular cartilage in a wide range of anatomic focal cartilage defects, including: · Knee (i.e., condyle, trochlea, patella, tibial plateau) · Foot and ankle (i.e.,talus,Metatarso-phalangeal joint) · Elbow · Shoulder (i.e., humeral head, glenoid) · Hip (i.e., acetabulum, femoral head) Treated patients experience significant improvement in pain and function.
