PDA001, Placenta-derived cells for active rheumatoid arthritis

PDA001 is made up of placenta-derived cells, which are adherent mesenchyme-like human cells isolated from postpartum human placenta. Following expansion, the safety and efficacy of two PDA001 doses versus a vehicle control was assessed in subjects with active rheumatoid arthritis.
